Words don't explain the sensation these songs fill you with, so I have 5 stars and hope you but this. Took me out of depression. No joke. Relatable
  • Absolutely beautiful

This album along with all the other counting crows albums are amazing. All of the songs are packed with emotion and could listen to them all day long. These songs have truly changed my life and are my all time favorite. I recommend this to everyone looking for something new. Keep an open mind and sink into the track. Not a better band out there.
  • The Best

This is one of the best, if not the best, album anyone could ever listen too. The songs arent crazy and all over the place, theyre calm and held together. I absolutely love the Counting Crows and this is easily the best album they put out and, to me, the best album i have ever listened to!
  • Great b sides!

I'm just now experiencing the b sides of this album. Have known it forever but only have resonated with it as of recent. Shows depth. Thanks crows!

Don't think I need to give much of a review here. We know it's great XD
  • definite classic

song for song there arent many debut albums that are able to stand up against this. 24 years later it still passes muster. There is not a bad song on the album.
  • Perfect Album

Buy this album. It's a classic that rewards you with repeated listens. Come for Mr. Jones but stay for Round Here, Anna Begins, and Raining in Baltimore (and all the others). Emo before emo. But in a good way. My first all time favorite album. And still in my top 20.

I was a senior in high school when this was released. I still listen to it today. Beautiful, brilliant and emotional piece of work that never gets old.
  • Best of the Counting Crows

This is the only review I've ever written and it's because this album changed my life. As far as I'm concerned, this is the defining music of anyone that grew up in the 90's.
